How safe is the RV park?

Our security features include a live security camera system to monitor 24/7 by Google and Ring's AI to see who's in & out. The park manager receives notifications about activity such as humans, humans with dogs, vehicle movement, or animals. This system has successfully prevented several theft attempts in the past.

How far is the park to Walmart?

It is 9 minutes to Walmart. All other amenities are within a 15 minute range.

How far is to downtown Midland?

The drive to downtown will take 15 minutes.

Do any school buses stop at the park.

Yes.

Are there any propane refill stations close to the park.

There are 3 places to fill up with propane near the park.

Do you have laundry facilities?

We actually have 4 washers and 4 dryers available for guests, free of charge. We kindly ask that guests avoid using more than one machine at a time.

Do you have a dog park?

No, but you can bring your dog to our green area located right behind the office. Please be sure to pick up after your dog.
